[Cs5500] SourceForge user guide for avatar designers

In support of Madhu's message, Vincent just checked Ravi's document which
will be added to the Avatar Designer Guide.

It is important that we double check everything before we send it out.

Today I was debugging with Ahmed the program of a student who claimed to
have the fastest HSR algorithm. We tested it on a few inputs and it
created lots of decision trees that did not pass the valid function!

The students make claims they cannot support, especially if they are under
stress.
I had a meeting with Madhu and the student who sent an accusing message and
he apologized.

Managing a software development project sometimes means managing an unhappy
user.

We are on the right track and I believe that tomorrow we will have a good
tournament without complaints.
Please send me the link to the result page of the tournament yesterday.

When is the software going to be released?
