I must say .. I really don't know much about the chroot-command!
I only set this suid-bit of the scponlyc-binary-file, and edited some 
files (see other email).
I did nothing more! I thought, I just have to use that command

su -c "chmod +s /usr/sbin/scponlyc"

and that's it! 
Because I never used that chroot-thing before,
I only knew it can be used to prevent users from going up to /home/, 
and then maybe look into an others directory like /home/peter or 
/home/markus or whereever ... or going still higher and look into 
/etc, /boot, .. whatever.

So, do I have to use some commands more to make this chroot-thing 
work?
