[scponly] logging facility

unfortunately, scponly has no insight into what a user is doing once the sftp daemon is launched. in
other words, scponly couldnt log the users actions if it wanted to.

i believe others have posted the URL to a sftp daemon patch that adds syslog logging of user activity.
perhaps someone else has that url?

note - if you really need this, you can disable sftp in your scponly compile options, which means the
user will have to use scp exclusively. this will log user actions but compatibility is reduced.
