[scponly] logging facility

aloha ml,

pretty new to scponly but works like a charm (straight out of the [gentoo] 
box). only thing i miss is the sparse documentation on the logging facility 
of scponly[c]. i would like to have a pretty detailed log on the user's 
actions. i set up the debuglevel to 3 already, but i guess thats not the way 
to do it. 

do i miss a option here or is it not [yet?] implemented?
