[scponly] AG: Problem with Debian scponly 4.8 and winscp

Hi again Alexander,

Ok, so now do the following to test out permissions and the ability to execute 
the files:

# su -s /bin/bash - scponly
$ cd /home/scponly
$ ls -l bin/pwd
$ ./bin/pwd
