[Pl-seminar] hosting the summer NEPLS

Sun is hosting the NEPLS in the spring.

Who wants to host the summer NEPLS?

So far we have one interested place, Brandeis, though they haven't
explicitly said they can do the summer (David, can you please
confirm?).  Anyone else?

If we don't get volunteers from farther away, we may have to drop our
"away from the coast" requirement -- people away from the coast will
need to step up to prevent that from happening.

If anyone else wants to volunteer for the future, please go ahead and
tell me now -- I'll keep track of it.
