We use it at home. To run it with linux there's a patched version of PPPD that
works with PPPoE support which is all they offer. There are also monitoring
daemons to keep your connection always up, as well as scripts to modify IP
changes on interfaces for updating dynamic dns pointers.

The service isn't that great, but it works.
