personally I use speakeasy.net

I have used them for 2 years now at 2 different residents and don't have
any problem with them. The only difficulties were in setting up once
but that was more a problem with my landlords property.. :-\

if you weren't looking for a recommendation but for help with verizon.. well
this was free knowledge then.. ;-)
