[Cs5500] Smart History file issue

Hi Madhu, 

Yes you are right(we just ran a tournament locally and saw that the claims are being appended
as the history file is created from bottom to top). 
We need to clean up newClaimOriginalClaim in checkForCompletion method in binary game
As far as we know the checkForcompleion method checks for
completion for one round within a binary game

Note: A binary game may consists of as many rounds as specified in the config file
