[Cs5500] Acceptance test not yet reached

This is a block of code in createRpi method of AgreementProtocolInterpreter
class:

if(oldClaim != null) {
        listOfRefutationInterpreter.remove(oldClaim);
        Claim originalClaim = newClaimOriginalClaim.get(oldClaim);
        newClaimOriginalClaim.remove(oldClaim);
        newClaimOriginalClaim.put(currentClaim,originalClaim);
        }

This takes care of updating the newClaimOriginalClaim list with the most
recent claim. Since this class is now never used, newClaimOriginalClaim is
never cleaned up and hence has all the claims made so far. This is the
list/map that is used to record and generate the smarthistory files.
Could this be the reason the smart history file has an appended list of
claims instead of the most recent one?
