[Cs5500] bug report?

Hi all:

I had Adam Belcher in my office.
The discussion point are the matches: belmoney (Adam) against 5150 (Greg)
and vice versa on Monday night.

Looking at claim HSR(890,206) we see that belmoney proposes
and 5150 agrees.

5150 then correctly defends and is declared winner.
belmoney loses.

This is not right. There should be a second defense as part of agreement.

We discussed this earlier with Karan and Srinivas?

A high priority item because it affects scoring.
