[Cs5500] [CS4800] Late Registration

Professor,
The version I released on Satuday was half the size (3.6 MB) of the
versions released earlier.
I had specifically cleaned up the bin directory since there was confusion
about the builds.
I had mentioned in my mail that I had cleaned up the bin directory, so they
would have to build it, run it on the local machine and then upload it on
to the server.
