[Cs5500] Algorithm Design with strong opinions

We are engaging in algorithm design for fair evaluation of avatars. This is
a valuable experience
in an algorithm design course. It is useful to argue about advantages and
disadvantages
of specific algorithms that are under development. This contrasts nicely
with the memoizing
of algorithmic ideas described in text book and lectures. Here we design a
21 century algorithm.

Here is a description of the avatar evaluation algorithm, including the
rationale :

If you have a better algorithm, argue for it and let us know.

In the mean-time, the graduate class implements the algorithm described and
which you approved in
the lecture on Nov. 14.
