[Cs5500] Log files

Hi Madhu:

thanks for bringing this up. Those log files are huge.
That is why I created:
/scratch/lieber/cs5500/f11
as a cheap place to store them for future analysis. This disk space is
not backed up but I never lost anything in /scratch.

What is wrong with having one huge smart history file per tournament?
Then the software developers need to mine only one file to improve their avatar.

Those log files need to live outside our code base.
