[Cs5500] History now created inside tournament ID folder

Hi All,

We have just committed a change in the code which creates history in the
following format :

Raw History : history/history/<tournamentid>/historyfilename
Smart History: history/smartHistory/<tournamentid>/historyfilename

There is also a method in BinaryGame.java called getHistoryFilename() which
returns the history filename , but this change is not yet reflected as we
are facing some problems with assembla to check in. Will keep trying and
checkin once it works.
