[Cs5500] Build Server (Jenkins CI) ready

Hey,

I've setup Jenkins [1] on one of the lab machines [2], it currently 
builds and tests the sources from the Generic SCG project on assembla [3]

The username/pw to change things (adding new builds etc.) are: 
cs5500/scgarena

Question: Why are you doing this?

Answer: Having CI was one of the things that we mentioned in the 
Test-Plan [4].
