[scponly] Allow users to change their password

With scponly I've setup an area on my server that a group of people can log
into and store files.

 

At the moment they give me a username and password and I setup their
account.

 

What I'd like to do is set them up an account with a temporary password and
ask them to go in and change it.

 

Any ideas how I do this?
