[scponly] Can scponly copy files similiar to maildir technique?

Hello,
Scponly is a pseudo-shell that allows other programs to be invoked that will
perform the copying (and do whatever else may be desired). It doesn't handle
any other operations by itself.
So, scponly might allow the execution of a program that supports maildir style
locks. It does not, however, have any special post-operation hooks.
I hope that helps.
