[scponly] Can scponly copy files similiar to maildir technique?

Hi,

I've been using scponly for a while now and love it. I'm using it to
automate processes. 
Can scponly copy files similar to maildir so that a process can grab the
copied file and do something with it without working if the file is
incomplete or complete?
And does scponly have special post-operation hooks to do special things to
the files that are copied?
