[scponly] Slackware 10, sftp

Hey,

i have gotten scponly 4.0 running (with the chroot option) and ran make 
jail. Now when i try and sftp in as the jailed user, i can login, but i 
get the following error when i try and do anything (ls, cd, etc...)

Couldn't get handle: Permission denied

Any ideas on how to fix this, i have been reading the archives but i 
haven't found anything that has been able to help me out. Thanks in advance.
