[scponly] Solaris 10: scponlyc failing for me, too

Oooh, I totally misread that in BUILDING-JAILS.TXT the first time
through!  (And I was still trying to decipher what was going on with
that // search in scponly.c.)  Thanks.

Still getting the "lost connection" error, tho.
