[Isu570-f08-rpf] Figures for your project with callouts

I have urged you to try to include callouts in your figures.  An
example is attached.

But how can you create one, you ask?  Turns out that the OpenOffice
suite installs on virtually any OS.  It includes a Drawing app. In
that app you can insert your image,scale it as you like, etc.  Then
you can draw lines with arrowheads (or not) and place text near one
end. Then you can select your combo, just the image, arrows and text
and export  the selected material into a single jpeg (or tiff or
whatever you like) and insert it in your Project.  I know not many of
you may want to take the time to try it. But doing with a single
figure could be useful and educational  -- amaze your friends at
parties.
