[scponly] How can i install SCPONLY 4.8 on 64-Bit System?

whe i use the command:

root at host # usermod -s /usr/lib/sftp-server testuser

i can connect to the sftp server in a jail ;)

But why must i set this right?

Is this not included in the setup_sh ?
