[scponly] rsync --only-write-batch with scponly

Hi again,

setup_chroot.sh did not create /dev/null in the chrooted dir and that
makes e.g. sftp to fail without errors. However, I created it manually
with

# cp -a --parents ~chrooteduser

Now everything works fine with the CVS snapshot 2007-07-18 and long
options with rsync.
