Hello,

I'm trying to create a scponly chroot'ed environment on a Redhat 7.3
box. My users will be using WinSCP 3.x I am authenticated by the server
correctly, but then pwd fails and ls fails. The following is from my
secure log:

Sep 18 17:48:37 xxx [4561]: running: /bin/pwd (username: gproteau(502),
IP/port: x.x.x.x 3996 22)
Sep 18 17:48:37 xxx [4562]: failed: /bin/pwd with error No such file or
directory(2) (username: gproteau(502), IP/port: x.x.x.x 3996 22)

Sep 18 17:48:38 xxx [4562]: running: /bin/ls -la (username: gproteau(502),
IP/port: x.x.x.x 3996 22)
Sep 18 17:48:38 xxx [4563]: failed: /bin/ls -la with error No such file or
directory(2) (username: gproteau(502), IP/port: x.x.x.x 3996 22)

Here is an ls -al of my bin in the jail:

bin

drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Sep 18 12:55 .
drwxr-xr-x 6 gproteau root 4096 Sep 18 14:11 ..
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 541096 Sep 18 11:51 bash
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 16680 Sep 18 11:51 chmod
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 18280 Sep 18 11:51 chown
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 20104 Sep 18 11:51 ln
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 46888 Sep 18 11:51 ls
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 17992 Sep 18 11:51 mkdir
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 43496 Sep 18 11:51 mv
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 10056 Sep 18 11:51 pwd
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 26216 Sep 18 11:51 rm
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 10888 Sep 18 11:51 rmdir
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 26728 Sep 18 11:51 scp

I cannot figure out where the server is actually looking for the
programs. Can anyone think of what I've missed?

Regards,
Greg Proteau
