[PRL] Friday - Paper Reading Group

Given the success of our ICFP reading group, we're going to continue
with upcoming OOPSLA and POPL papers.  For Friday, we're starting with

MetaFJig - A Meta-circular Composition Language for Java-like Classes
by Marco Servetto and Elena Zucca
