[PRL] ECLiPSe (which has nothing to do with the IDE called Eclipse)

 This might be of interest to some people. ECLiPSe is a 
 constraint logic programming language based on Prolog. The 
 language recently changed to an open source license and is 
 used by Cisco. Cisco also has some open positions on the 
 development of the ECLiPSe platform ranging from garbage 
 collection to language extensions etc.
