[PRL] Printing from emacs

Printing stuff from Emacs on Windows has always been a mess -- the way
Emacs does it is generate the postscript, but printing postscript on
windows is not too easy.  Because of this I think that administrating
your own machine will not help much for that...  If you google for
"printing emacs windows" you'll see a faq entry about this and ways to
set things up.
