If you boot the machine from an OSX boot CD or DVD you can change the
password for the administrator accounts. When you finally get to the
installer program, instead of selecting a drive and install options,
look through the menus. One of the options allows you to change the
password for the machine administrator.

If you can log in I believe that you can remove the Dvorak keyboard
for individual users by going to the Systems preference panel. Go to
International Pane and select the "Input Tab" you can select your
keyboard there. If the problem is the Dvorak setting at log in then
you first need to become an administrator (see above). Once you do
that go to the Accounts Pane in Systems Preferences. Click on the lock
and type in your password, this will allow you to make changes. Click
on Login options. Select "show input menu in login window." This will
allow you to select a keyboard layout when you log in.

You might want to talk to John about his community port. I thought
that Burundi's port setup was special because needed Eli to use the
machine for his builds.

If you really need to reinstall the "Archive and Install" option might
be the way to go. It keeps the user accounts intact and moves the old
OS folders to the side allowing you to move back anything that you
might need.
