[PRL] NEPLS: Friday, Feb 25 at BU

Since we seem to be having the normal problem with mailing lists and
NEPLS notifications, I thought I'd let people know that the next NEPLS
is approaching rapidly.  It is scheduled for Friday, Feb 25, at Boston
University (precise location to follow).

Submissions are due Jan 28; for details, see <http://www.nepls.org/>.

They haven't yet asked for registration; I'll try to remember to
broadcast that announcement when it comes through.
