[PRL] CSG264 semantics

Two items:

1.  Please remember that all first and second year PL students are
    expected to take semantics.  Please see me if this is a problem.

2.  The course is currently scheduled to meet Thursday nites (yuck!).
    We'll meet the first week of the term as advertised, but the first
    order of business will be to reschedule for sometime during the
    day, as was done for Algorithms.
