Greetings from Karl:

I have an issue with the space outside my office
so I propose the following
PRL House Rules for outside my office:

The space outside my office serves multiple purposes:

1. It is the pathway that my visitors have to go through.

2. It is a Starbuck's. Great coffee being made here.

3. It is the printer room complete with paper and cartridges and
   other kinds of office supplies.

4. It is the kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, drinking water
but without sink and great meals are cooked here.

5. It is a library for storing some of my books.

Having so many functions for a small room, I would like to establish
PRL house rules.

1. The area looks clean to my visitors.
No empty boxes, empty water containers.
The counter top area is cleaned and it is cleaned by the cooks
     and coffee experts.
Printer and coffee supplies are stored and not visible.
We should label the doors nicely so that we can quickly find
     what we are looking for.
2. Hopefully we don't need more. There is a kitchen area WITH sink
elsewhere on this floor and we could cook our meals and coffee there.

My next visitor is coming at 2pm today on Friday :-).
