[Pl-seminar] proposed date for next NEPLS

After consulting numerous sources -- calendars, astrologers, etc. --
the NEPLS triumvirate proposes Thursday, October 27, as the date for
the next NEPLS event, at Brown.  This is pleasantly placed,
sufficiently after the ETAPS deadline and OOPSLA for you to recover,
yet sufficiently before the PLDI deadline that you needn't have even
begun to write your submission.

If you have a significant problem with this date, please reply within
the next twenty-four hours.  Otherwise, you will find us shockingly
indifferent to your complaints.
