[PL-sem-jr] PL Jr. Schedule

Here's what was "decided" at the "planning meeting". Thanks to Ian
and Paul for showing up despite the snow.

Seminars will be held on thursdays from 10:00 to 12:00. Given the
schedule constraints I received, this should work for everyone.
