[PL-sem-jr] PL Seminar Jr, 2009

Giving credit where it's due: the verbiage on the website was supplied by
Richard Cobbe, while he was still the organizer.  When he handed it off to
me, I couldn't find a thing to change in the prose.  I think it captures the
(ideal) spirit of the seminar.
