	What do you mean by standard stow package directory?  Here is what I meant to get across.  On the linux box have:

	/arch -> /net/arch-linux  symlinked
	/arch/stow   To stow things in
	/arch/{bin, etc, ...} that stow symlinks to
	/arch/{xapps, com, ...} -> /arch  symlinked
