[Cs5500] Running SCG Admin and Avatar has been changed.

Hi Guys,

I updated the Ant scripts to run SCG's Admin and Avatar. So if in case you
are wondering what happened to the source code, here is how you can run the
code.

Admin:
Folder: GenericSCG/
Command: ant buildServer

Avatars: GenericSCG/
Folder: ant buildAvatar

Arguments should be provided in the file "build.properties"

But you still have to generate .java files using demeterF before running
the avatars.
