[Cs5500] Global interface changes

The interfaces have changed in scg.beh. This is an important event
that affects all the
playgrounds.

We need to send a carefully worded message to our users so that they can adapt
their code to the new interface.

Is Srinivas running tonight's tournament? Please send a draft of the
message to the undergraduates to Managing Software Development
because this change affects all our development activity.

Give the rationale for the interface changes.
