[Cs5500] The kicking-out Issue

If we give all other players points, is this equal to we not give them
points, and subtract points from the kicked avatar? I guess this might
simplier to be done.

While talking about points, is this the same as reputation? If yes,
then this might break the zero-sum consistency.

I think avatar should have the basic intelligence to avoid time out.
Time out should be part of game rule, like in chess or poker, if you
can not figure out what to do, you simply annoyed everybody in the
game. In the face of a very strong opponent, avatar need choose to
give a solution in a limited time, this need be a basic knowledge for
EVERY avatar, in the face of EVERY opponent.
