[Cs5500] NEED FOR CENTRAL "SCG SOFTWARE"

Hi Sandeep:

thanks for taking the initiative. Yes, we need a good merge activity that
merges the multiple branches we have into one or maybe two. All merging
should be done
under svn control to warn us of conflicts.

We have one branch for undergraduate code
and one branch for our evolving system?
