[Cs5500] Delivering Software to Undergraduate Class

Hello Professor,

A download link for the zip file (having Generic SCG baby - hsr,mmg
and bfs, javadoc and templates) will be simple easy to manage and
share. Also, having the same as a directory to browse code will be
good, but we could also provide the User guide in this directory.

As for the tournament running, i would suggest we could do a similar
thing what we did, running warmup tournaments and getting a feel
of the entire system to start with so that the algorithm in question
is tested and not the setup.
