Here is the link to the Elo system that I mentioned last night.
Take this into account when you do the requirements analysis.

I mentioned to Madhu last night topcoder.com which is a website running
HSR-style competitions
for general programming tasks. The programmers claim: "my program is
correct" and the
other programmers provide inputs that refute these claims.

But SCG goes beyond topcoder because we deal with more general claims.
