[Cs5500] Proposals

Let me add that my proposal is changing the requirements of SCG and does not
apply yet to the playgrounds that you are currently preparing for the
Algorithms class.
We will discuss my proposal on Monday and you will have the chance to refute it
and I will try to defend it.

We have now a good example how problems identified by the software developers
force a change in the requirements of the product. But I think
we can successfully run the undergraduate competitions with the current SCG.
