Hi Srinivas:

Thank you for opting in. We will have a software development manager
planning meeting with Madhu
today at 2.45 pm in my office. It would be good that the successor of
Madhu is also there so that we will have continuity in
the software development managing process.

The agenda is:
Solving the problems in the current SCG court.
Solving the problems in the current MMG, HSR, BFS testing playgrounds.
Making sure that all groups know how to run a tournament so that they
can test their work, e.g., baby avatars.
Making sure that the groups have understood the problem solutions:
clear communication.
Finding a class member who acts as your sounding board to make sure
that your decisions are sound.
Coordinating the groups to avoid duplication of work.
Where to post tournament results.
Questions by Madhu and Srinivas.

For Madhu: Please prepare a page in
http://www.ccs.neu.edu/home/lieber/courses/se-courses/cs5500/f11/project-page/
to list the components that the teams have selected to be responsible for. Copy
http://www.ccs.neu.edu/home/lieber/courses/se-courses/cs5500/f11/project-page/groups
and call the file assignments-oct7
Get this information from the email archive.

All class members are invited to join if you happen to be on campus.
