[Cs5500] Final acceptance testing and code comments

Hi Rick,

I am not able to connect to http://agentx.ccis.neu.edu:7007/signin. I have
already enrolled for the competition, but when i saw now it is saying could
not connect.

Can you please look into it and let us know once it is up and what we will
need to do?
