[Cs5500] two questions about the SCG-Courst UI

hi, implementor teams,

here are two questions I want to know the answer:

1. How to delete a tournament? it seems there is no way to do that right
now?

2, here comes the second one, I have already add two tournament, then I am
going to
    add the third one.

    But, when I was doing like the first two, giving a new tournament name,
the run time,
    and the scg config descripiton, and press "add", then the page
redirected to

    http://localhost:7007/admin, but the page is empty, without the info
"successfully add tournament",
    something would be displayed like the first two tournament added.
