Liz,

You must upload the entire package with all classes on to the CCIS
server.
When you make changes to either avatar.beh or avatar.cd, you need to
run them through demeterf and generate class files. These will be generated
in gen/hsr and gen/hsr/avatar. So you need to update both these folders
completely when you update the server version. The HSRAvatar class refers
to all these other classes inside gen/hsr/avatar.
As to your second question, I do not know what your working project
has, currently. You could download the entire SCG package given to you,
make a copy of it and start working on the copy.
Does this answer your question? Let me know if you have any other
issues.
