[Cs4800] Home of your avatar is ready

Hi Dennis:

I decided that the baby avatar is the better choice to use as starting point
for your avatar. The baby avatar is a  working avatar and it is better to
start modifying
working code than a template that is not properly updated.

So start from the baby avatar and replace randomness by "intelligence" at
the appropriate places.
