Strangely enough, with sshd_config directives "LogLevel DEBUG3" and
"SyslogFacility AUTHPRIV" and "SftpLogfacility AUTHPRIV",
/var/log/secure (authpriv.* in syslog.conf) reports only one log event
per session:

scponly[16316]: running: /usr/libexec/openssh/sftp-server (username:
kentest(30004), IP/port: 127.0.0.1 42222 22)


/var/log/messages shows:
sshd[16313]: Accepted password for kentest from 127.0.0.1 port 42222 ssh2
sshd[16315]: subsystem request for sftp
