[scponly] scponly failed. new setup

Hi group,

I am attempting to get scponly running on my Fedora Core 5 system
but I get this error:

Wavmsg entry in passwd is:

    wavmsg:x:510:510::/home/wavmsg//incoming:/usr/local/sbin/scponlyc

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong??
